I.S.A

In Malaysia, we have this called I.S.A, abbr. for Internal Securities Act. But I prefer to call it as Internal Securities Art, as.... if you did come across it, noticed how the authorities used it, it more looks like an art to me....

Sensitive issue, too sensitive...can't not talk....got governors said want to implement an act against the contents on the websites......
