If you were telling friends that going to check the occurance of digit 1 to 9 as the first digit in any given number from data set, most probably your friends would think that :"wouldn't you have better things to do?!", or chinese would say :"吃饱没事做。"
Well, there was someone really was doing that work.
If you were thinking that the probability of choosing any digit within 1 to 9 is equally distributed, then someone has proven it was wrong.
