2.30 in the morning. One of the things bothers me is company event.
Keep asking myself what will be the best for company event: the timing, the location, the foods, the budget, et cetera.
I can't read boss mind on what he thought or plan on it. Only can continuesly guessing, thinking, and do research based on what I thought it is the best plan.
Worsening, I can't read all my colleagues minds as well. Different feedback from multiple people, but can't tell what is truth from their mind and what was just joking, or a hidden hole that is waiting for me to sink in.
Understand clearly I can't satisfy all parties expectations, but just hope that can satisfy most of parties. Because a company event or dinner is meant for all, not just boss, or me, or other individual preferences.
I know I must do it, even if I got to do it alone, I must do it. Doing right or wrong, only after the event, then we can tell. Maybe this is the last event I am doing for the company as well, who knows. Things are uncertain.
